摘要：

近十多年来影像学和分子诊断领域用于肺癌早期诊断所取得的成绩令人鼓舞。高通量、多指标联合检测技术的发展,为在高危人群中开展普查提供了方便,为肺癌的早期诊断开辟了新的道路。全文对肺癌高危人群的确定和影像学检测技术、内镜技术和分子诊断在肺癌早期诊断中的价值作一评述。
