<正>糖尿病肾脏病（DKD）是糖尿病最常见的微血管并发症之一,约占1型糖尿病发病率的35%40%,约占2型糖尿病发病率的28.3%,而90%95%的糖尿病患者为2型糖尿病,因而半数以上的DKD由2型糖尿病引起[1]。大量临床试验已证实,血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）和血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）在DKD患者中除了具有降血压作用外,还具有显著肾脏保护作用,能延缓DKD的发生和发展,其作用机制是阻滞肾
