创业学习、创业能力与创业成功间关系研究——经典模型及相关研究评介与展望

摘要：

创业学习、创业能力已成为创业研究领域的焦点,影响创业成功的要素也日益得到诸多学者的关注。但至今鲜有学者系统地研究创业学习、创业能力与创业成功间的关系。鉴于此,本文依据学术界近20年来发表在顶级期刊的55篇典型文章,选出13个经典模型进行分类回顾有关创业学习、创业能力、创业成功的研究,构建了创业学习、创业能力与创业成功间关系的整合模型,并指出研究不足及未来研究方向。
