<正>糖尿病心肌病是由Rubler等首先提出的,随着研究的深入,人们逐步认识到糖尿病心肌病是由糖尿病引起的心脏结构和功能的改变,在病因上独立于缺血性疾病、高血压及其它可能原因引起的心肌病变。临床上,早期表现为心肌的顺应性下降和舒张功能不全,晚期表现为心
