摘要：

<正>经皮椎体成形术(percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP)和经皮椎体后凸成形术(percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP)是目前治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures,OVCFs)较为理想的微创手术方式,通过向椎体内注入填充材料以强化椎体,达到缓解疼痛、恢复椎体高度、矫正后凸畸形,从而提高生活质量的目的。国内外大量的文献报道了PVP和PKP治疗
