摘要
在组织管理研究领域,工作场所代际差异问题已成为学者们关注的热点。本文通过文献研究,对国外有关工作场所代际差异的研究进行了梳理,指出了现有研究存在的不足,并在整合现有研究的基础上,构建了工作场所代际差异整体模型,以期为后续相关研究奠定基础。
