摘要：

<正>生理状态下,皮肤不断进行鳞状上皮的脱落、皮脂的分泌和毛发循环,表皮中的细胞不断丢失。因此,必需有表皮内的干细胞（stem cells,SCs）群增殖、分化,并替代这些丢失的细胞,维持组织的更新和修复[1]。上皮干细胞（epithelial stem cells,ESCs）属于成体干细胞,与胚胎干细胞的可塑性和多能性不同,它们只能供应有限的分化谱系,产生多种表皮细胞,用于不同表皮区间的更新[2]。
