高血脂兔过氧化脂质代谢与PGI2/TXA2平衡——漏芦抗动脉粥样硬化作用的研究

摘要：

用高脂饲料喂养家兔,家兔在血清胆固醇升高的同时,伴有主动脉及血浆LPO升高,血浆TXA2增多,血小板聚集性增强,而主动脉组织和血浆PGI2水平下降,动脉壁SOD活性降低,广泛发生AS病变。提示高LPO水平可能与血管壁损伤、PGI2/TXA2平衡失调及AS的发生密切相关。用高脂饲料的同时加服漏芦水煎剂可降低LPO含量,提高PGI2/TXA2比值,减轻AS病变。漏芦抗AS的机理可能与其抗氧化作用有关。
