摘要：

肠道病毒71型(EV71)是引起手足口病(HFMD)的重要病原,已在世界范围内引起了多次大流行,并导致了严重的并发症和后遗症,甚至死亡,引起了人们越来越多的关注。此文就 EV71的基本特征和检测方法研究概况作了介绍。
