抗阻运动对老年肌少症危险人群肌肉量、肌力和活动能力的影响

摘要
目的 :分析抗阻运动对老年肌少症危险人群肌肉量、肌力和活动能力的影响。方法 :采用便利抽样法,选择某养老机构内符合纳入标准且被评估为肌少症危险人群的老年人60名为研究对象,根据入住楼层,分成实验组(n=31)和对照组(n=29)。对照组接受常规的生活照料,实验组在此基础上参加为期12周的弹力带抗阻运动训练,每周3次(共36次),每次40~50 min。采用人体成分分析仪、握力计、5次坐立试验、计时起立行走测试和Berg平衡量表来评估干预前后两组研究对象肌肉量、肌力和法能力情况,并进行对比。结果 :干预后,有26位实验组研究对象完成了33次及以上的训练,运动依从率为83.87%。干预过程中,实验组老年人无一例发生运动相关不良反应。干预12周后,实验组总肌肉量、骨骼肌指数、握力值和Berg平衡量表评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组5次坐立试验时间和计时起立行走测试时间均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :弹力带抗阻运动在老年肌少症危险人群中具有较好的可行性,并可以增加老年肌少症危险人群的肌肉量和肌力,改善其活动能力。
