摘要
胃癌是世界上最常见的癌症之一,胃癌的发生与发展必须依赖丰富的营养成分,在此过程中,肿瘤新生血管作为桥梁将营养成分提供给癌组织。如果癌组织的血管无法生成,那么依赖于养分的癌细胞将无法生长和转移。因此,血管生成是恶性肿瘤快速生长与远处转移的必要条件,研究肿瘤的血管生成对于抗肿瘤有着重要的意义。目前研究发现促进肿瘤血管生成的诱导因子包括血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、促血管生成素、环氧合酶-2、内皮抑素、一氧化氮等,其中VEGF能特异地促进内皮细胞的分裂、生存、增殖、侵袭和迁移,在肿瘤血管生成过程中起着至关重要的作用。
