<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)是一种以气流受限为特征的肺部疾病,气流受限,不完全可逆,进展呈进行性,其患病率和死亡率高[1],严重危害人类健康和生活质量,目前尚没有根治方法,仅能在一定程度上缓解COPD的发展。肺康复锻炼能改善COPD患者的呼吸困难症状,提高其生活质量,而COPD患者肺康
