<正> 经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulate,TMS)由Barker等1985年首先创立,作为一种无痛、无损伤的皮层刺激方法及其具有操作简便、安全可靠等优点,很快得以临床应用。重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)是在TMS基础上发展起来的新的神经电生理技术.但由于技术水平和工艺方面的限制,一直停留在低频率、刺激次数少的水平上。近年来,Dantec Ma-glite-r25、Cadwell Rapid-Rate Sitmulator(CRRMS)等刺激
