响应面设计优化西兰花种子异硫氰酸酯制备技术

摘要
为获取西兰花种子中异硫氰酸酯的提取技术,采用响应面设计(RSD)优化提取工艺参数。通过中心复合试验设计,建立三因素五水平的响应面分析方法和回归模型。经Minitab15软件分析数据,得到西兰花种子中异硫氰酸酯的最佳提取工艺条件:浸提温度42℃,浸提pH7.2,浸提时间63min。验证试验中异硫氰酸酯得率0.338%,与模型预测结果相符。
