年龄,基础FSH、E2,窦卵泡数预测卵巢反应性的回顾性研究

摘要：

目的:比较年龄、基础卵泡刺激素(bFSH)、基础雌激素(bE2)、基础窦卵泡数(AFC)预测卵巢反应性的价值。方法:回顾性分析行IVF-ET治疗的736例临床资料。年龄按<35岁、35～岁、38～岁分组;bFSH按<10U/L、≥10U/L分组;AFC按<5个、≥5个分组;bE2按<292.8pmol/L、≥292.8pmol/L分组;分析各项指标与卵巢反应性的关系。结果:年龄、bFSH、AFC各指标不同组卵巢反应性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),bE2各组卵巢反应性也有统计学差异(P<0.05)。ROC分析显示,上述4项指标中以AFC预测价值最大,年龄次之。单因素预测时灵敏度低,AFC分别联合年龄、bFSH应用时灵敏度提高。结论:年龄、bFSH、AFC、bE2均能独立预测卵巢反应性,AFC最为重要,可分别联合年龄、bFSH、bE2预测卵巢低反应。
