摘要
<正>自1968年Dudrick与Wilmore倡用腔静脉置管输注全营养液后,临床营养支持进入一个新纪元。1968年以前,虽然有静脉输注的糖类、氮和脂肪三大营养素的制剂,但当胃肠道功能有障碍时,其仍然不能解决营养的供给问题。因为高浓度葡萄糖、氨基酸液的pH值低,渗透浓度高,周围静脉不能耐受,导致输入的量与质均达不到机体的需要量。自Dudrick与Wilmore倡用经腔静脉置管缓慢输注后,解决了静脉耐受营养液的问题。腔静脉管径粗,血流量大,输入的高渗营养液立即被稀释成几乎与血液相同的酸度与渗透浓度,无损于静脉壁。同时,输
