摘要：

<正>干细胞因子(SCF)是一种广泛分布于骨髓、肾、卵巢等器官的多功能细胞因子,通过与Ⅲ型酪氨酸激酶受体c-kit结合,激活下游信号传导途径,影响细胞增殖、分化、迁移、凋亡等系列活动[1]。最初因发现SCF可刺激干细胞分化成不同谱系的血细胞而成为重要的造血细胞调节因子[2]。SCF参与卵巢颗粒细胞、泡膜细胞、间质细胞、子宫内膜上皮细胞、胚胎滋养细胞增殖、分化、存活,卵母细胞
