EMA-LAMP方法快速检测食源性副溶血性弧菌活细胞

摘要
将一种DNA染料叠氮溴化乙锭(EMA)与环介导等温扩增技术(LAMP)相结合,建立一种能快速检测食品中食源性副溶血性弧菌活细胞的新方法。结果表明,EMA-LAMP方法最低检测限为1×10 CFU/mL,PCR方法最低检测限为1×103CFU/mL。与PCR方法相比较,EMA-LAMP检测方法具有快速、灵敏度高、操作简便等优点,并能检测鉴定副溶血性弧菌病原活细胞。
