摘要：

胃癌是消化系统死亡率较高的恶性肿瘤,手术切除、放疗、化疗等仍是目前主要的治疗手段,但效果并不理想。随着免疫学研究的发展,免疫治疗成为肿瘤综合治疗中研究的热点,许多新兴的手段如肿瘤疫苗、免疫卡控点治疗等展现出良好的应用前景。由于胃癌发病机制复杂,肿瘤异质性明显,还有很多问题亟待解决,肿瘤微环境是影响肿瘤的发生、发展、转移的重要因素,本文就肿瘤微环境对胃癌免疫治疗的影响方面的研究成果作一综述。
