摘要：

缝隙连接(gap junctions,GJ)是由相邻细胞间许多缝隙连接蛋白(connexin,Cx)六聚体组成,为细胞间无机离子、水溶性小分子(<1 ku)、代谢产物提供电和化学交流,从而协调细胞生长和分化的生理过程。动脉粥样硬化形成机制非常复杂,越来越多的研究表明Cx重构参与了动脉粥样硬化形成各过程,该文主要对Cx在动脉粥样硬化形成和防治中的作用作一综述。
