咖啡饮品对绝经女性骨质疏松防治的影响

摘要：

目的探讨绝经女性咖啡饮用习惯对骨质疏松患病率的影响。方法选取2015年2月-2016年2月,在上海市陆家嘴社区卫生服务中心就诊的406名绝经女性人群骨密度资料进行问卷调查与体检结合的调查。运用χ2检验比较各组骨质疏松患病率的差异;Logistic回归分析咖啡摄入量与骨质疏松症患病率的关系。结果饮用咖啡组绝经女性骨质疏松患病率与不饮用组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不饮用组骨质疏松发病率比少量、中量和大量饮用组较高,且随着咖啡摄入量增加骨质疏松患病率有降低趋势(P=0.016);Logistic回归分析显示,大量饮用咖啡可以分别降低35%和45%的腰椎和股骨颈骨质疏松患病风险[OR=0.65,95%CI(0.44,0.96);OR=0.55,95%CI(0.36,0.84)]。结论绝经女性咖啡饮用者骨质疏松患病率较不饮用者显著降低,且随咖啡摄入量的增加患病率有下降趋势。咖啡饮用是绝经女性骨健康保护因子。
