基于代谢网络调控的逍遥散抗抑郁作用机制研究进展

摘要
逍遥散有明确的抗抑郁作用,但其作用机制尚不清楚。从神经递质、神经营养素、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴、氨基酸、脂质和能量代谢以及炎症因子等方面对逍遥散抗抑郁机制进行分析,归纳总结了逍遥散抗抑郁的代谢网络调控机制。结果显示逍遥散作用于多个靶点,通过调节体内代谢平衡发挥抗抑郁作用。
