30例湿热蕴结型结肠癌患者的肠道菌群结构变化研究

摘要：

目的探讨湿热蕴结型结肠癌患者与健康人群的肠道菌群的差异。方法 30例湿热蕴结型结肠癌患者的粪便样本做为观察组,收集13名健康人体检粪便样本为对照组,分别提取两组样本中细菌总DNA,采用16S rDNA测序技术对各组的粪便样本进行分析。结果与对照组比较,观察组肠道菌群中拟杆菌门、放线菌门、变形杆菌门、拟杆菌属、大肠杆菌/志贺氏菌属丰度明显增加(P<0.01)。Ⅱ期患者的双歧杆菌属、柯林斯菌属明显高于Ⅲ期患者(P<0.05)。结论湿热蕴结型结肠癌与肠道菌群结构紊乱相关,关联度较高的为条件致病菌大肠杆菌相对丰度的升高,益生菌双歧杆菌相对丰度的减少。
