肠道屏障功能与肺癌治疗的研究进展

摘要
肠道屏障功能表现为允许营养、电解质、水等人体必需物质跨膜转运至血液,并防止有害物质进入人体,从而维持人体健康。肺癌是目前最多见且病死率最高的癌症。近年来的研究发现,肠道微生物与肺癌密切相关。该文介绍了肠道黏膜屏障及肠道生物屏障与肺癌的关系,并综述了在肺癌治疗过程中因肠道菌群失调而产生的胃肠道不良反应的治疗及相关研究进展。
