<正>脑卒中患者步行障碍是临床常见的主要问题之一,严重影响患者的日常生活。最大限度地恢复步行能力是康复训练的重要内容之一。传统步行训练强调诱发下肢关节分离运动,单独训练迈步、平衡、重心转移等分解动作。由于步行训练受下肢负重影响,不能早期开展[1]。近年来减重平板训练(body weight supported treadmill training,BWSTT)普遍应用于偏瘫患者的步行训练中。减重平板训练使患者在
