摘要
多糖是单糖通过糖苷键连接而成的聚合物,具有广泛的生物活性。结合本实验室多年的实验研究,综述了近年来国内外多糖类成分在免疫调节、抗肿瘤、心脑血管系统疾病、抗病毒、抗氧化、抗炎、抗辐射等方面的生物活性研究状况。
