摘要：

食欲素是由下丘脑神经元合成和分泌的神经肽,具有调节摄食行为、能量代谢、神经内分泌、睡眠和觉醒、奖赏以及应激等生理功能。近年研究提示,食欲素参与多种肿瘤的发生,调节肿瘤细胞的增殖和凋亡。本文对食欲素与结直肠、肝脏、胃、前列腺及肾上腺肿瘤关系的研究进行综述,探讨食欲素参与肿瘤发生的机制,为肿瘤的治疗发现新的靶点。
