<正>射干是鸢尾科射干属植物射干的干燥根茎,为常用中药,已被收载于《中华人民共和国药典》。其始载于《神农本草经》,列为下品。味苦,寒,入肝、肺经。具有清热解毒、利咽消痰的功效,主要用于咽喉肺痈,痰咳气喘等症,为治疗喉痹咽痛之要药。主治咽喉痰患之方剂大多以射干为君药组方,均有较好的疗效。现将近年来射干药理作用的研究作一综述。
