<正>1987年,Galibert等首次报告了应用经皮椎体成形术（percutaneous vertebroplasty,PVP）治疗C2椎体血管瘤,取得了良好的疗效。而经皮椎体后凸成形术（percutaneous kyphoplasty,PKP）作为PVP的改良术式于1994年由Reiley等首次报告并在1998年开始推广应用于临床。PVP/PKP因其止痛效果确切、总体并发症少等优点,广泛用于治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折（osteoporotic verterbral compression fracture,OVCF）。但除了骨水泥渗漏外,PVP/PKP术后新发椎体骨折也引起了临床医
