(Figure Presented) Into the fold: A new strategy is presented to scale up DNA origami using multihelical DNA tiles as folding staples. Atomic force microscopy images (see picture) demonstrate the two-dimensional structures formed by using this strategy. © 2010 Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH &. Co. KGaA.
