摘要
The synthesis of ferromagnetic diluted magnetic semiconductor Zn 1-xCoxO (x = 0.05, 0.1), in polycrystalline form, showing ferromagnetism up to ∼750 K, is reported. The nanosized materials are synthesized by a low-temperature combustion synthesis method.
