摘要：

The findings of bone scintigraphy in a 39-year-old woman with new-onset Raynaud's syndrome are presented. Shortly after being diagnosed with fibromuscular dysplasia, the patient developed bilateral Raynaud's syndrome of increasing severity accompanied by pain in all digits. In due course, 4-phase bone scintigraphy was performed to exclude possible arthritis. Imaging was done following intravenous injection of 740 MBq (20 mCi) Tc99m methylene diphosphonate (MDP).
