Highly-oriented recrystallization of PbS nanoparticles in a solvothermal process

摘要
Rod-shaped and comb-like PbS crystals have been successfully prepared from the starting irregular PbS nanoparticles, respectively, by solvothermal recrystallized technique. The present technique may open a new doorway to one-dimensional-nanosized semiconductors from the same kind of materials with irregular shape or large size. (C) 2002 Elsevier Science B.V.
