摘要
The hard phase in the C-60-samples obtained after heating to 670-770 K under high pressure 9.5 GPa was examined by transmission electron microscopy. We have found that the samples exhibit an unusual structure. Diffraction patterns from this structure show the diffuse are reflections as well as disordered carbon structures, but with a regular arrangement in reciprocal space. The diffraction pattern remains through large regions of the samples, and the connection of the twin type is observed for the platelet structure in the samples. Possible variants of the new structure are considered.
