摘要
In this report, many nanocrystalline transition metal sulfides mere synthesized through a simple novel reaction between metal salts and sulfur powders under solvothermal conditions at low temperature. The products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Some factors important for the formation of the product and their morphologies are discussed. (C) 1999 Academic Press.
