Observation of triplet exciton dynamics in conjugated polymer films using two-photon photoelectron spectroscopy

摘要
We have utilized two-photon photoelectron spectroscopy to study the dynamics of the long-lived triplet excitons in films of poly[2-methoxy,5-(2'-ethylhexoxy)-1,4-phenylenevinylene]. Our observations indicate that triplet-triplet annihilation is a major deexcitation mechanism for photoexcited triplet excitons.
