Subsolidus phase equilibria in the RuO2-SrO-ZrO2 system

摘要
The subsolidus phase equilibria (in air) in the RuO2-SrO-ZrO2 system is investigated. The results obtained indicate that SrRuO3, when used as an electrode for Pb(Zr1-xTix)O3 (PZT) ferroelectric films or for solid-oxide fuel cells (SOFC) with yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) electrolyte, would tend to react with ZrO2, forming RuO2 and SrZrO3 is insulating at room temperature and has a relatively high resistivity even at 1000 °C and presumably undesirable both in electrode/ferroelectric film or cathode/YSZ interfaces.
