Thin-film differential scanning calorimetry: A new probe for assignment of the glass transition of ultrathin polymer films

摘要
A recently developed MEMS-based thin-film differential scanning calorimetry (TDSC) device also known as nanocalorimetry is presented. Preliminary results are given, demonstrating the utility of the device for studying the glass transition features in thin polymer films.
