摘要
The study on Tsallis remark that a Boltzmann-Gibbs thermometer would not be able to measure the temperture of a q-entropic system was analyzed. The Tsallis stressed on that the logistic and standard maps, growth models, small clusters of atoms and other system were not in thermal equilibrium. It was also stated by Tsallis that there were at least some systems in thermal equilibrium for which q=1. The numerical simulation of planar rotators with long range interactions presented turned out to be irrevelant.
