摘要
Harmonic integration of functional metal oxide layers to form artificial lattices is proposed toward the achievement of ''oxide electronics''. Layer-by-layer growth method controlled by Laser MBE, RHEED and STM is a promising method for the construction of these artificial lattices. Formation and properties of superconducting and dielectric artificial lattices are presented as typical examples.
