摘要
A simple new method for in situ low temperature synthesis of intermetallic compound superconductor MgB2 thin films is presented. In this method, bilayers are prepared by sequential evaporation of B on Mg film layer at substrate temperature of 225-240 degreesC. The formation of superconducting thin films with T-c of about 25 K has been confirmed resistively and magnetically by means this simple method. (C) 2003 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
