摘要
This paper describes the results of investigations into the mechanical losses associated with the technique of hydroxide-catalysis bonding of fused silica and fused silica, Our measurements suggest that this technique will be excellent for use in constructing the all fused silica suspensions planned for the GEO 600 gravitational wave detector.
