摘要
In the decomposition of hydrofluorocarbons such as HFC-32 and HFC-23 with silent discharge plasma or surface discharge plasma, MnO2, TiO2-SiO2, and AlPO4 show catalytic effects. MnO2 and TiO2-SiO2 promote the oxidative decomposition of HFCs and FC-14 in the presence of gaseous oxygen, while AlPO4 promotes the cleavage of C-F bonds in them. (c) 2005 Elsevier B.V.
