摘要
All-metal aromatic/antiaromatic clusters tackled are gaseous species and had undergone photoelectron spectroscopy (PES) including Li, Na and Cu. In 2001, aromaticity has been found in large number of new gaseous all-metal or metalloid clusters extending its way to metal alloys. Experimental and theoretical characterization of an all-metal cluster with conflicting aromaticity, Al4, in the Li3Al4 bimetallic clusters. New developments in aromaticity and antiaromaticity in all-metal or metalloid cluster systems are important for developing a unified chemical bonding theory throughout chemistry.
