320Ghit/s WDM repeaterless transmission over 100km dispersion-shifted fibre is demonstrated using fully encoded 40Gbit/s optical duobinary channels without dispersion compensation. A record dispersion tolerance of 380ps/nm is achieved using a 40Gbit/s optical duobinary signal.
