摘要
Hadamard technique which can speed up data acquisition by orders of magnitude in nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy is discussed. Practical examples of two- and three-dimensional Hadamard spectroscopy are presented for small molecules and the proteins agitoxin and ubiquitin. Alternative schemes for fast multi-dimensional spectroscopy are reviewed.
