摘要
The use of cavity ring-down spectroscopy (CRDS) and cavity-enhanced absorption spectroscopy (CEA) for atmospheric studies was discussed. It was found that the sensitivity of CRDS came largely from the path length in the high-finesse cavity. The direct measurement of aerosol extinction due to aerosol in ambient air using CRDS instrument was studied. The application of CEA and CRDS for ammonia, nitrogen oxide and hydroxyl radicals was also elaborated.
