摘要
Suspension cultured cells of Catharanthus roseus hydroxylate the allylic positions of geraniol, nerol and (+)- and (-)-carvone and reduce double bonds and ketone groups. After incubation for 7 days, the main products of(-)- and (+)-carvone were 5 beta-hydroxyneodihydrocarveol and 5 alpha-hydroxycarvone, respectively. Copyright (C) 1997 Elsevier Science Ltd.
