摘要：

In a meta-analysis of available randomized trials comparing primary stenting and primary balloon angioplasty in acute myocardial infarction. the former strategy was found to be superior to the latter in reducing the need for target vessel revascularization over 6- to 12-month follow-up. However, with regard to the more important end points of death and reinfarction, the available randomized data were too limited to reach definite conclusions.
