摘要
The shape memory property of a thermoplastic elastomer is taken advantage of to fabricate a fibrillar switchable adhesive surface that switches from a temporary non-adhesive state to a permanent adhesive surface with at least a 200-fold increase in pull-off force. Applications of such systems, for example in pick-and-carry elements or in medical tapes, may well impact future technologies and devices.
